We can all speed up our well-being by using healthy and intelligent thoughts, deeds, and actions. Over time I have developed deep and powerful conversations with individuals, creating a safe and confidential place to explore these unconscious toxic habits or happenings in one’s life. This is a powerful process that uses my own experience and commitment to my vision, to build a tribe of conscious & emotionally healthy people so that you can lead a quality of life and make better choices with more fulfilling experiences. Living with purpose and excitement is very different to just existing.

Our 5 Step Process

I aid people to identify and become more aware of toxicity in their lives through conversations and how this can be a dominant force to manifest negative experiences. I believe talking with intention and removing the layers that we’ll identify to be present, is a powerful way to find a solution to what may be hidden unconsciously. Have you ever had an “aha” moment or a breakthrough whilst talking to someone? I know I have, and as a result through my own process I have created the art of conversation to help you find and become fully aware of how toxicity can be impacting you, only then, can we transform into a better being.

Sometimes we can be toxic to ourselves without even realising and that’s ok for a short while, it’s part of the process of transformation. “How” we overcome this, is part of our mission at Detox Nation.
